2009年澳洲各州2種州政府擔保介紹（截止到09年5月4日）

最近因為作業做完，所以有空為大家整理下09年澳洲最新的2種州政府擔保介紹。因為政策變化很快，所以只是截止到09年5月4日的政策，若以後政策發生較大變化還會推出新的帖子。

注：
1. 以下信息均是從各州政府網路上截取的。保證是最新，最權威的消息。當然，我也從來不亂放假消息。
2. 本篇適用於和我一樣的普通留學生。牛人或者有關係能搞定工作的人就不用看了，趕緊申請雇主擔保移民吧。
3. 州政府擔保分2種。886（永簽）和487（臨簽），100分通過，比885移民要少20分。前者是直接拿PR；後者要在3年內至少在邊遠地區生活2年，工作1年才能拿PR，但任何工作都行，只要每週有35小時（全職；或者2個以上兼職；或者自雇），並且上稅。
4. 首先你的職業要在申請州的擔保清單上，如果不在的話不用多想了，肯定不可能。要先申請州政府擔保，獲批后再向移民局申請相應的簽證。只有拿到移民局批准的簽證才算申請成功。光有州政府擔保是不行的。
5. 本篇僅僅針對在澳留學生ONSHORE申請。 OFFSHORE申請不考慮在內。
6. 州政府擔保在最新的移民政策下是LEVEL 2等級，比雇主擔保低一級，比CSL清單885申請高一級。
7. 州政府擔保主要適用於非60分專業學生，或者未滿120分無法申請885移民的同學。對於60分學生，或者已經滿120分的學生，可以作為一條保底的方法。
8. 州政府擔保可以跨州申請的。比如：塔州畢業的同學可以申請其他州的州政府擔保。
9. 州政府擔保申請的最基本條件（條件不符合就不用網下看了，肯定沒戲）：45周歲以下；通過提名職業評估（60分或者50分）；有合格的雅思成績（具體要求看州政府情況而定；A類與G類都是可以的，有效期2年）；滿足2年學習政策；申請前打分已經有100分（很容易，基本是人都能達到）。=============================

沒工作經驗不能申請，也就不用多想了。少數幾個職業不用工作經驗，但這些專業很少人學習。如果有哪位就是學以上專業的可以考慮申請。

487類：（原文：http://www.business.nsw.gov.au/migration/skilled_migration.asp）新南威爾士州的邊遠地區就以下幾個。每個地區都有擔保清單，請自行去查看職業是不是在上面。
Australian Capital Region
Northern Inland Region
Riverina
Orana
Central West Hunter
Murray
我只說下最多人讀的會計，在Australian Capital Region和Murray地區有。可以考慮向這2個地區申請。英語要求在上述網站有，請自行去查看。


二：維多利亞州

只有少數幾個專業在886擔保清單上，此外，還要有JOB OFFER。基本普通學生都不可能達得到。

487類：（原文：http://www.liveinvictoria.vic.go ... and487-15012009.pdf）擔保清單很長，不一一列出了。不過大部份人學的會計和IT不在上面。後面我不用說了吧。-_-!即使有的同學的職業在這裏面，請看下麵：

三：昆士蘭州

四：首都地區

五：西澳

六：北領地
其實我不太想多說，基本沒人想往土著人的居住地跑的。

七：南澳
這裡重點講下南澳。因為留學生往邊遠地區最多的就是南澳洲了。

八：塔州

只接受塔州畢業的學生，其他州畢業生不接受。

必須拿到和提名職業相同或密切相關的塔州雇主出示簽署的全職工作合同；同時必須在申請塔州886政府擔保前已經有這個工作的至少3個月的工作經驗（必須是在畢業后累計的，因為只有畢業后才算QUALIFICATION）。注意：因為這個條件限制，所以必須先申請485簽證后，達到這個要求才能申請886擔保。（真不知道這幫鬼佬是怎麼想出這種噁心而又白癡的政策。=,=！！）

必須要至少有2萬刀資產證明，每添加一個家庭成員要多加1萬刀資產證明。同時，要能證明和塔州有聯繫。（其實非常容易，因為在這學習2年就能充分證明了）注意：886類並沒有列出一份擔保清單，因此可以認為只要是SOL（1121i表）清單上的職業都可以。

487類：

也接受其他州畢業的學生，但要有塔州雇主簽署的全職技能工作的合同。

然對大部份同學而言，州政府擔保只是第二選擇。但多一條選擇總歸是好的。隨著澳洲經濟不景氣，這條路也是越來越難了，只希望澳洲經濟能儘快復蘇，或許會有轉機。
